My fitbit Blaze won't detected my heartbeat. The green flash blinking as usual but at my blaze doesn't show anything. I already do reboot and i also switch on/off. Can everyone help me to solve this problem
It does happen a lot. Go to your settings on your Blaze and look at Heart Rate. If it's at auto, put it to on. If off, do the same thing as you would do to auto. If it works, thank me later. 🙂
Heart rate monitor on my device suddenly stopped about 3 days ago. First time on a 2-3 year old device. From this forum learned that turning off watch and restarting may solve the problem, and it did.
