Apologies in advance if someone's already answered this question. Yesterday, I had a spinning session that lasted for 46 minutes. According to the stats on my Fitbit, I spent 65% of my workout in the cardio zone. Today, I had another session lasting slightly longer than yesterday's. I pushed myself much harder today with more sprints at maximum effort. Despite being a much harder workout, my Fitbit tells me that I've only managed 43% in the cardio zone, with the rest of the time in fat-burning. How on earth is this possible? It makes me feel that I was wasting my time by putting in the extra effort.
