Heart rate information not being synced

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My blaze will not sync the heart rate in the app. Since the last update the app on my phone states the heart rate data was last input on sept 6th. If I am doing a workout it will give me an accurate reading, but it will not save my inputs. Kinda pointless to have a tracker that doesn't save current workouts. I had reached out on google reviews in the play store to review, and followed the instructions about deleting and syncing.  I reinstalled everything as per instructions, but to no avail. Definitely going to be switching to a samsung watch.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention @Abnormal1, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

I appreciate all the information and details that were shared in your post, thanks for troubleshooting this matter prior to posting too. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, was after September 6th the first time you experienced this or did you experienced this situation in the past? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
  7. Let me know if the issue persists.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
