Heart rate lights not working

Only one of the leds on the back of my blaze is working it was working for part of the day then just stop so my heart rate is no longer recording ice reset it 4 time and no change I even let it completely die and charge to full with no change. Is my blaze pooping out on me? I've only had it a few months was given it as a gift.
