Heart rate monitor not working

I recently received my Blaze as a gift and love it. However, it has recently stopped measuring my heart rate. What gives?

Try a restart. Do this at least 3 times.

Then I would also check under settings on the dashboard and make sure the heart rate was not changed to off.
