I have left HR monitor on all day & night. It is off my wrist at bedtime but still records ! Readings are higher than normal. Can someone tell me what it is recording please! When I restart it in the morning readings seem pretty accurate. Thanks in advance

Hey there @Tangomat. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry you're having issues with your HR monitor recording your heart rate when you're not wearing it.

Whenever you take it off, do you leave it somewhere where vibrations could get to it perhaps? It could also be that you have the settings of the HR monitor as ON and this could make the tracker read whatever it has in front as false recordings. To avoid this, you can go into the Fitbit app tap on the picture of your Blaze at the top of the dashboard to go to  the tracker's settings page. Then scroll down and look for Heart Rate. Here set it to AUTO and sync your tracker.

Try taking it off for the next night and make sure that when you put the tracker aside, the lights stop flashing after a while unless you touch it.

Let me know if this makes any difference.
