Heart rate not reading

My blaze has quit reading my heart rate. I have reset it by pressing the side buttons. It’ll work for a few minutes then quits again. The green light just constantly flashes on and off vs on while it’s reading. It’s on auto on my app. I even turned it to On to see if it might track that way. No luck. My watch is less than 2 years old. I love Fitbit but it doesn’t seem like it can keep up with my active lifestyle 😩

Mine will not record heart rate. Green lights at back constantly on. Have tried reset but nothing happens. Less than 18 months old.
