My heart rate is not workin on blaze.  In addition, the light pulse is not working.  This is a brand new blaze, not even been used 2 weeks.

 

Any suggestions?  ThanK you!

In the settings onto your tracker itself, is heart rate set to on or automatic?

 

If not already done,

 

Feel free restarting the tracker:
