Heart rate not working

My heart rate stopped working 2 days ago, I have tried all of the solutions advised and nothing is working. The green lights are flickering as they are supposed to but it still is not working. Any advice please?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

If that doesn't help Contact Support. Let them know what you have tried to resolve this issue

Mine is doin the same thing.. hasn't even tracked my sleep since last Wednesday night.

It won't track the sleep without the heart monitor so I'm having that problem too 😞

I did try the re start a few times.

I put the monitor into the 'on' position from 'auto' and it brought up a heart rate of 70 but it hasn't changed at all.
