Heart rate not working?

My heart rate monitor will not work it is flashing green but nothing shows for the heart rate. The heart rate is set on auto. I have reset it 3 times and still nothing.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your heart rate is not being recorded, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it. Also, here our friend @FerdinandFitbit is providing other tips to wear your tracker to get a better accuracy.
