Best AnswerUnfortunatly I was not offered a solution as the warrentity had expired. This was very frusterating, as I do not want to purchase a new fitbit when I did absoluty nothing to break the one I have and it was completly a product error.

Best AnswerIt doesnt record on the app, but on the fit bit it always says it is 70 (even when I am not wearing it ) and sometimes will randomly spike
