My blaze stopped tracking heart rate over a month ago. Have restarted and shut it down many times. Still doesn't work. The green led is flashing!! How do I get it tracking again?

Hi there @Suziew. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

 

I would recommend going into the Blaze settings directly. Swipe to the last screen and look for the heart rate option. Turn it off and after that, turn it back on and see if after doing this, see if it starts recording your heart rate.
