Heart rate not working

I recently purchased a Fitbit blaze (yesterday) it's fully charged and synced up to my phone but it isn't showing me my heart rate also the LEDs aren't lighting up. I have switched the heart rate on in settings and still nothing just wondering if anyone could shed some light on this?  Thanks in advance

Hello, my friend @COwen!Cat Very Happy Hmm... this is very weird, but it happened once to one of my friends, what worked for him was to restart it a couple of times and then change the HR settings from Off to On and then sync.
