All my other aspects of the blaze are working perfectly except the heart rate monitor is not working at all. Any suggestions?

I am having the same issue. Try restarting your tracker by pressing the left button and the bottom right button together for a few seconds and the tracker should restart and you will see the Fitbit symbol re sync and see if that helps. For the past 3 days my HR is gone and then it comes back and stops again. You may also what to try and change the settings on the app from AUTO to ON and all day sync. it is currently working on the ON setting. There has been a lot a issue with the HR not working correctly and I am hoping Fitbit can fix the problem.

As recommend you can restart your Blaze and leave the heart rate option in on or auto. In this post, you will find some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it. Also here, our friend @FerdinandFitbit is giving some tips to correctly wear your Blaze.
