My phone is reading a heart rate and it not currently on wrist. I rebooted and not changes. Please help

If you take off your tracker but you're moving it around, it could try to attempt to measure your heart rate. For that reason, I can recommend putting your tracker in the Auto setting. try changing your Heart Rate setting from "On," which means the heart rate tracker is always active, to "Auto," which means the heart rate tracker is usually active when you're moving.
For this, tap on your tracker at the top of the app. Scrolldown to "Heart Rate" and change the settings here. After that, make sure to sync your tracker and see how it goes.
