Heartrate Monitor

My heartrate monitor is constantly on, it kills the battery after 2 hours. Help please, I took my husband's and he is complaining.

You can go onto Blaze settings and turn heart rate off. 

 

But also, it should last a good few days with it on! Maybe contact fitbit.

Even switched off, it syncs after the change and the HR stays on. So weird.

Have you tried restarting several times, and checked that your heart rate setting is to auto, rather than on?
