My experience with the replacement process

My Blaze has been slowly getting worse despite been under a year old.

 

Anyway after a few messages Fitbit offered me a replacement or 50% off an upgrade. 

 

I opted for replacement as I refused to pay more when this one didn't last a year! Well, the blaze has been discontinued....so they're sending me an IONIC!!! 

 

So to replace my £99.99 blaze they're sending me a £249.99 ionic! 

 

I don't care what people say about this company. It's amazing. 😍
