Hi there @Superellie. Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂
It's strange that your Blaze is showing the heart rate on the display but it won't show up on the app. There are some things that you can try in this situation.
Please try to first go to your Blaze settings on the tracker itself and turn off the heart rate monitor. Wait about 10 seconds and turn it back on. Once you've done this, try to restart your tracker by following these instructions. After doing this, use the tracker for a day or so and keep syncing it to your app and see if the heart rate starts showing.
If none of the above helps, I'd recommend setting up your tracker as a new device by follwing the instructions on this post and after that, do the same; use your tracker for about a day, keep syncing it and see if this makes any difference.
Hope this helps and if you need anything else, just let me know!

I have the same issue. After exercise my Blaze shows me my average heartrate and max heartrate. However none of this is being transfered to the app. Checking on the app shows no heartrate info for that exercise routine.

I have the same issue and was going to call on it. The last workout I did that sucessfully tranfers heartrate into to the app on my phone was 3-16. I recorded it as a "workout" then catorgized it as Zumba, which it was. I could see that I was in my cardio zone 67% of the time. I've used that same method to record all my work outs (daily) since I bought this Blaze in early March. Every workout recorded until March 17th has heart rate info. Since then all I am getting is calories, steps and the amount if active minutes. I purchased this to increase my cardio workouts and I'd like to see what activities are giving me the most for my time and effort. It was doing that until 3-17. I don't believe I've changed any settings. From other posts I see I am not the only one having a problem with this. Help!!!

I am having a similar problem with my Blaze. I have run 4 times iwht my Blaze and my HR doesn't show up online or on the iPhone App. I biked yesterday with my Charge HR and HR shows up fine.
I have looked down at my Blaze while running and I see HR on the screen so I know it is recording it.
Is there an issue with having two trackers setup to the same account? I plan on usung the Charge HR as a backup for Mountain Biking, yard work and other more rugged activities as I want to keep the blaze more prestine looking for professional/work purposes. Sort of a drag that HR is getting reported.

I am trying the two methods proposed and will post results tomorrow or after I have an excercise that shoudl show HR.
- Turn OFF HR on Blaze for 10 seconds and turn back on (I keep mine on Auto)
- Restart Blaze
- Delete Blaze from App and Re-Add as a new device
I have done all three - look for results. I did see in another thread that deleting and re-adding worked so keeping fingers crossed.

Thanks for the tips, but I think I may have fixed it yesterday. Last night (3-19 Saturday) I did the reset only on my Blaze. I also decided to look at all the setting in my Iphone to see if anything looked strange. I noticed that for some reason, my setting for Fitbit in regard to Background Refresh was turned on, grayed out so I couldn't toggle it on or off. I am not really sure where I found it on my Iphone, but it turns out that in another setting all my apps running in the background were turned off! I don't think I did that, I can't even figure out where I found that setting now. None the less, I turned it back on, so now it shows turned on for the fit bit. The moderator let me know this morning that my Fitbit started recording my heart rate last evening. So I don't know if it was the Blaze reset that fixed it, or if it was my change to the iphone. It could be that Apple did an update without my knowledge, that has happened before. I did not do a work out today :(. But it does appear that my heart rate is reporting all day on the web based app as well as on the mobile app. I will work out tomorrow and make sure that my exercise records as it did previously. Good luck, and will keep plan B in mind if it fails again.

When mine was having a problem it did not report to the web based site either. The two + days it did not record my heart rate, it had a cute note that said "I must be a zombie" or I didn't have the heart rate turned on. I leave my turned on during the day, and since I take my Blaze off when I sleep I turn if off to save the battery. See my previous post, but I think I fixed mine by either resetting the Blaze or changing a setting in my IPhone that related to how my apps were running in the background.

I am not using two trackers so that should not have been causing my problem. I had a Charge HR in November last year and returned it so I doubt that caused my problem. I did find a setting in my Iphone that was not allowing FitBit to run in the background, so when I changed that and reset the Blaze it now again seems to be recording my heartrate on both the web based and mobile site. Maybe check your Iphone, but it's strange that your Charge works, but not your Blaze. But mine did too display fine on the Blaze unit, but was not tracking to the Fitbit app. Good luck.

OK - one or some combination of the items above fixed this, at least for now, on my Blaze and App. I went for a walk at lunchtime. Synced the Blaze and HR data is now showing in the APP.
