Fitbit blaze stopped tracking heart rate even though both green lights are blinking. Battery also stopped holding charge for more than a day. This started on 12/19 or 12/20 when my iphone app was updated. I’ve done reboot as well as shutdown. Even changed heart monitor to On instead of Auto. Don’t know if actually related to the recent update or coincidence. Fitbit was purchased Sept 2016 so probably out of warranty. Anyone else experiencing thus issue?

Yes, there are a number of us with this issue. Mine stopped 11/8 also about 1 month out of warranty. I have tried all fixes fitbit has suggested to no avail. They intermittently make suggestions and then don't respond
It's very frustrating. I'm not sure what to do next, but they have not been helpful so far.

Ah yes I see that message thread thank you! That is really discouraging. I will most likely not continue buying Fitbit.
