My tracker is fully charged, as well as my iOS device and it will not sync or update. It is showing that it is 9:19 Jan 2. I have followed all of the help articles with no luck. Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong?

Best AnswerIf you try and sign out of your account and resetting your phone it should work but...before you sign back in you should plug in your Fitbit device and hold the button until it shuts off. Once it starts back up log back into your account and it should sync making you be able to update your tracker
