Help my Blaze

My Blaze is under a year old & recently has started having lots of problems. It won’t keep a charge for more than an hour after being fully charged, the clock is wrong, & it won’t track steps. I have cleaned the connectors as the forum recommends, fully charged it, and reinstalled the whole thing, but it still doing the same thing. I’m about to give up! I’m very disappointed in this product & wish I just had my flex back! Can you help?
