Help please. Blaze died

Help!

My blaze is only 7 months old and today it died.  I took it off the charger and put it on my wrist. The green lights were flashing and the face was on telling the time. Five minutes later it vibrated and went dark. It will not turn on, it will not charge. Is 7 months all we can expect from this expensive watch?

Hopefully this is just a software glitch, in which case a restart should sort it out:

(give it a few tries as it doesn't always work)

 

If that doesn't fix it then it may be a hardware issue, in which case it's time to contact customer support via:

 

contact.fitbit.com

 

As you will still be within warranty then they'll replace it if they can't fix it.
