Help to set up Blaze

Hi I have just been given the Blaze as a present by my fiance, but it wont let me switch it on to do the set up or charge! I have checked the points meet but nothing!

@Parsbabe85 by placing it into its charger and plugging it into a live USB port will turn the Blaze on. This might take a minute or two if the battery is really low. 

Another way to turn it on is by pressing any button. 

Now when it turns on their will be a message of www.fitbit.com/setup and there will be no indication of it charging. 20-30 minutes will be enough.

Hi,

I have tried it in various USB ports and none of them are working. Ive tried pushing all buttons, one button at a time, the left and lower right, still nothing.

It sounds like it is time to look in the right too corner of this page and click on contact support, this link can also be found under help on the phone app. 

Now if you just received the Blaze it might be faster to take it back to the retailer for an exchange. 

I'm assuming you have checked for pin alignment.
