High Heart rate while sleeping

Just synced my blaze & noticed my heart rate shot up to 197bpm at 4.30am,never had this high before? I d have had an awful nights sleep, woken up my strong winds, did wake up really hot & sweaty at one point had alcohol last night, just never been this high, any thoughts?

While it is not a medical device, I would pay a visit to the doctor to be sure nothing is wrong.
