Sorry @Franita I'm not sure what is included with etc.
Have you restarted the Blaze and the phone?
Have you dropped down on the clock face to see if notifications are turned on?
Checked the settings in the Fitbit app and made sure the operating system has permission? Knowing the phone type would help us out, the phone is probably where the fix will be.
Does the phones Bluetooth have your blaze as a trusted device?
