Hi, @vandit8, you might want to try popping it out of the frame and then popping it bsck in again in case the issue is that it is not sitting quite right. You could also try giving it a restart.
However, if this is a hardware problem it is something the Community can't really help with. In that case the best idea is to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support at contact.fitbit.com . Be sure to tell them the troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
