The home/back button on my Fitbit blaze stopped working a couple of days ago. I tried cleaning the blaze and around the button. I can not turn it off because it is stuck in the "today" menu. What can I do to fix this?

try taking your Blaze out of its watchband and use your fingernail to make sure there is "action" on all three buttons @Kourtneh (including the upper right one)
After you verify they can all push in and out, hold in the left and bottom right button together for 20 - 30 seconds (until your Blaze vibrates). After it resets it may go back to normal, if not, try a couple times more and then contact customer service and let them know what you've tried. They may ask you to wait for it to fully discharge to off and try recharging before offering more options than we can here on forum.
Good luck, let us know how it goes (fingers crossed you get back out on the road with a reset 😉 )

It's great to welcome you @Kourtneh, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and @wmchapman for stopping by.
I would like to know if you get in touch with our support team? If you did, have you received a solution from them?
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
