Try to use the button with out the frame and see if it works. If it does Make sure it is put into the frame correctly. It might not be pushed in far enough.
If thats not the case then Contact Support

Yea that didn't work either. I tried that as well. I guess I'll need to contact support. Thanks. Didn't know if this was a common problem or just my awesome luck.

Tap the screen
Swipeto shutdown
Tap and confirm.
Press the left button to see if it turns back on. If press anotger buttun and contact fitbit.

I would like to know if you keep having problems with your Blaze buttons? If you are, you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.
