Bought a blaze today updated as soon as I turned on. Everything works except the hr bpm which just shows 2 lines. Whatever I try I cannot get a reading????

Any ideas please

@Jasonjones178  Do the green lights on the back of the Blaze flash?  Make sure you have the heart rate in the app or on the dashboard set to "Auto" or "On".   If that is set, and still no flashing lights, try restarting the Blaze.  (Press and hold left button and lower right button until you set the fitbit logo )

Hii

Thanks for replying, I have set the dashboard to "on" synchronised and nothing to "auto" synchronised and nothing and have reset the blaze half a dozen times and still nothing , I have even shut it down 3 or 4 times and still no lights??

Should I take it back

I would go to the setting menu in the Blaze and do a shutdown. Now press any button to turn it on.

Now lets go back to the settings menu - heartrate - turn it off then to auto or on.

A warm welcome to the Community @Jasonjones178@Rich_Laue and @Kmransom123 thanks for stopping by.

I would like to know if you keep having problems with your heart rate reading? If you do, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this and some tips to improve it.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
