Hot thermometer warning

My Blaze screen has a red warning sign with a thermometer in the middle.  It has been like that for the past 2 weeks. I have tried resetting, plugging in computer and power but no luck. Anyone has any trick to revive it?

I've had it for about 10 months, i sent an email to fitbit support but still. Noanswer.

I would wait for support and dont try charging it anymore.

It is a weekend and I'm sure they will get back to you

A warm welcome to the Forums @Jairjr, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and @WendyB for stopping by.

Have you tried to setup the tracker as a new device? If you haven't, please do the following from your Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

Also, have you received any updates from our support team?

Hope to hear from you soon. Smiley Wink
