Blaze watch showing 5/7 and Phone Fitbit App showing 4/7 after syncing, same yesterday was off...

I have been in contact with fitbit on this issue (a few months ago) with my Charge 2. I was assured that fitbit was working on the problem with inconsistencies between the active hours on the app and the tracker. Mine continues to be a problem I was told that I would hear back, and I am guessing that this is not as high a priority for fitbit as other problems. But this is a key to those of us who rely on the fitbit to get the data right as a motivating source. The motivation is why I love the fitbit. Please solve this soon.

Great to see you around @tnarro and thanks for the update about this inconvenience. I know that it is important to fix. In the meantime, could you please check if your Fitbit app is updated by following @MarreFitbit's instructions in the How do I update the Fitbit app for iOS? post?
