G'day,

I have a Fitbit Blaze and a iPhone 7, IOS 10.3.2. I noticed today, that when I sync my Fitbit, my hourly activity doesn't match my steps. Between 9-9.15 I took about a three hundred steps, however my 9-10 hourly activity is not counted?

i have tried restarting tracker, app and phone.

Hi, @S-Tales, unfortunately this is an issue that some users are experiencing -- it is not affecting everyone.

 

Fitbit is aware of the issue and the engineers are working on a fix.  At this stage there is nothing that are no further user steps that you can try, but hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
