How do I add more exercises shortcuts?

I would like to add a new activity to my exercise shortcuts. Is this possible? Or can I only choose from the pre-selected activities e.g. golf, run, boot camp, etc.?

It's great to see you around @jeb77. If you want to add more activities to your shortcuts, you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app:

1. Tap the Blaze icon in the upper right corner

2. Slide down to Exercise Shortcuts

3. Tap the "+" icon in the upper right corner

4. Select the exercises you want to add

5. Tap Add to Blaze

6. Sync

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

Hi,

I have the same question: on my web page dashboard for activities I can see Badminton available in the Activities panel under Favourites - but I cannot see this on the exercise shortcut options in my Android Blaze app. I can only see a list of activities not relevant to me - how do I add this please?

Sorry @MadJester i don't see badminton as an exercise that can be added to the tracker.

Basically you will only be able to add the exercises tyat the programwrs have programed to be added.

Welcome to the Community @MadJester and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

Take a look at the attached image, those are the only exercises we offer to add to your Blaze.

Keep in mind that if you do an exercise that is not listed, you can always manually log it by doing the following from your Fitbit app:

  1. Tap the "+" icon
  2. Tap Track Exercise
  3. Enter your exercise
  4. Tap Log It
  5. Sync

I hope this helps, catch you later. Woman Happy

Hi AlejandraFitbit,

Thanks for your reply. Please can you confirm where the + icon is? Webapp? Blaze? Mobile App? I can only find it on my Android mobile Fitbit app > top right Blaze icon > Exercise shortcuts, it says I can add two more. But when I click the plus, all I get is the same list of activities as seen in your screen grab. No option to 'Track Exercise' ? Thanks again.

Once you see the list @MadJester you tap on the exercises that you want to add. This places a checkmatk within the box to the left. Now press add to Blaze.

Also on the page with the plus sign, you may r3move any exercises that you don't want. Simply by swiping them to the left and off the screen.

Thanks @Rich_Laue - I'm still wondering how I managed to get 'Badminton' onto my web dashboard but cannot transfer this to my Blaze or Android Fitibit app - I guess it's a current limitation I can't get around.

Badminton is an exercise that can be manually add to tour events log. It is not an option for your tracker.

Ah that explains it. Thanks again.
