How do I change the time on my Fitbit?

I have a Blaze and use it on an Android phone. I went from Eastern to Central time zone. My phone changed automatically; however my Fitbit has not after a week.

I have already synced at least 20 times. I have gone into advanced settings in the application and adjusted the time. I have also just tried to unpair the Fitbit and reconnected with no success. Any thoughts?

Hello @RandallC,

Welcome to the community!

From other folks' accounts, setting the time zone on the online dashboard settings, seems to persist better.  Try that and sync.

I hope this helps.

It's great to welcome you @RandallC and @PureEvil thanks for stopping by.

I would like to know if you keep having inconveniences with your timezone? If you do, I recommend changing your timezone to a complete different one, sync your tracker, put the correct time and sync again.

To change the timezone, do the following from your Fitbit app:

1. Tap the account icon in the upper right corner

2. Slide down and tap advanced settings
3. Turn off the Automatic Timezone option

4. Select your timezone

5. Sync

Let me know how it goes. Woman Wink

Hello @PureEvil.

Thank you, that worked. Was getting frustrating.

Would be nice if it all synced on the phone alone. Maybe in future updates.
