How do I delete my old Fitbit account and register a new one?

If you want to start again with fitbit the easiest way is to create a new account using a different email address.

If you'd rather delete your existing account and reuse that then you need to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

I did used another account but then it can't go through after i registered my basic private info,it pop out to my daye of birth.

When you enter your date of birth it checks that you are at least 13 years old but other than that any date should do. What error message is it giving you?

It is ok now steveH but the next problem is it won't pair to my mobile😣

Have you checked that your mobile is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?
