Happy New Year everyone!
I got a new Blaze for Xmas, but I can't get my head around the sleep log. So far I've had 3 standard bar charts which I find difficult to decipher ... and the rest have been like a heart rate monitor with peaks and troughs which are a lot easier to read. Can anyone explain why?
Thanks in advance

It's great to welcome you @MadIrishWoman.
If you are curious about how sleep stages work, I recommend taking a look at the What should I know about sleep stages? article, where you will be able to find information it.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.

Hi Alejandra
Thanks for replying. I have read the article and will monitor how this goes over the next few days. Both my son and husband have had the same issue, but so far we have not found a common denominator in the reasons.
Once again thanks.

You are welcome @MadIrishWoman, it's great to hear that you will be testing your information during these days. If you keep seeing inaccuracies, please provide me with a screenshot of your sleep data or the graph that you are seeing.
See you around.
