Not receiving text notifications

 Hi, I have recently got a Fitbit Blaze and eventually managed to sort out notifications for texts, messenger and WhatsApp. However, I am not receiving texts from my wife at all. Nor am I receiving any test messages that I send to myself. It is if these 2 numbers are blocked and I cannot see why. Any ideas?

If you are not receiving texts notifications, I recommend taking a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android App) post and follow the instructions provided there. Also, make sure that your notifications settings are correctly configured on your phone by going to Notifications and that the Text part is "on", if you can attached a screenshot of the notifications settings would be great.

I am receiving notifications from everyone but my wifes phone. Only her
texts and whatsapps dont come through. I cannot work out why

Thanks for the update @Rackny, it's weird to hear that you are not receiving notifications from 1 phone. Have you tried to turn off your phone? If you haven't, I recommend turning it off.
