How do I keep the watch face lit up on the front screen

How do I keep the watch face lit up on the front screen or do I have to activate the screen every time?

@HTFB  You will have to activate the screen each time - either by pushing a button, or enabling "Quick View".  Currently not a setting to change the length the screen display is illuminated.

Thanks. Can you tell me how to enable 'quick view'? I notice if I flick my wrist it does sometimes illuminate the clock face. Dies this mean quick view is enabled?

@HTFB  Sounds like you may have it on already then.  From the mobile app, go to "Account", then click "Blaze" and scroll down.  You should see "Quick View" and then you can toggle on or off from there.
