I would like to return my Fitbit but I can’t figure out how! I bought two to see which I liked better and would like to return the other. How do I go about returning the other product?

Did you buy it from the fitbit online store? If so, you should be able to return it for a refund within 45 days of purchase and customer support should be able to help for that: contact.fitbit.com
If you bought it elsewhere you'll need to contact the retailer to see what your options are as fitbit will not offer a refund.

My insurance thru Anthem Blue ordered this for me. I did not know there would be a monthly

I am unsure if this is the right place to ask this question, it was closest related topic I could find. Anyway, I spoke with a support team member earlier today and they recommended that I return my Fitbit to the warehouse , and get a replacement. I have all the details on how to return it, however I’m not sure how I can keep track of the package, or who to contact about it, like how will I know when the warehouse receives my watch, and how can I track the replacement that they send?

@Kailynnjane22 If you have an authorized warranty return, they should have emailed you a printable shipping label, with an RMA and tracking number on it.
