How do I set the time to auto detect exercise?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Does anyone else know if you can change this to less than 10 mins? I'm doing 3 and 6 min bursts of different exercises and it's not recording it.

Thanks.

When you go the settings in the app you will notice that 10 minutes is the minimum.

Why not start the exercise manually with the multisport sport mode.

A warm welcome to the Community @Marji25 and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

If you want to change the time to auto recognize your workout, do the following from your Fitbit app:

1.Tap the Account icon in the upper right corner

2. Slide down and tap Exercise

3. Tap the activity you want to edit

4. Enter the time you prefer (No less than 10 minutes)

5. Tap Save

6. Sync
