Relax mode

I am note able to find the Relax mode on my Blaze, it updated to version 8.401.3, does everyone get this feature?

Yes I got it on mine. Did the update go all the way through?

It should say on your phone if still needs it

Hi there @cshipley. Good to see you in the Community Forums!

 

That's strange... everyone should have the Relax feature with the latest update. It should be the 5th screen on your Blaze and it should look like a purple heart with a gust of wind in the middle.

 

If you can't see it, I can probably recommend setting up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem and you should be able to see the Relax feature.

Found it on my tracker, thanks. But I was wondering if it would show up on the app?

At the moment, that feature as some others is exclusive to be found on the tracker only, so at least as of right now, you will not see it on the app.
