I would like to stop getting email notifications on my Blaze. It wakes me up at night. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Maybe try turning the notifications off at night from your Blaze fitness watch (swipe down and press "notifications off" or holding the top right button until you see the settings thing come out, where you could press the "notifcations off" button) would work.
Also, or you could go onto the Fitbit app and then press the Blaze picture / button on the top right, and then select notifications, where you could somehow select the email options (I haven't tried it yet, but maybe it would work)? Or you could basically turn all the notifications off, but the email option might be default meaning you might not be able to turn the email notification off without turning the others off.

It's great to see you around @sjuzenas and @TheComputerFun thanks for stopping by.
If you want to turn off a notification, you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app:
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.

In the fitbit app, for versa, you go into notifications, and there is no button just to turn off notifications that you got an email.

This is not working for me. I've turned off every notification and synced my fitbit and I still get the email notifications. I've even rebooted and reset my fitbit and nothing is working. What are the other option?

Same is happening to me.
I turn it off and I get a new email notification. Then I go check it and it is on again.
I did an update recently, I believe it is some kind of error with it.
Does someone has another solution?
