Hello,
i have just purchased the blaze and I have worn it for a few hours - I have read about seeing your VO2 score and how to get the results after doing a work out however when I go to the dashboard and press the HR tile and then move across to cardio fitness section it doesn't display any information.
it just says wear your Fitbit tracker with HR enabled to see your cardio fitness score.
my Fitbit is on my wrist and showing my HR on the screen so I don't know if I'm missing something here ?
sorry I'm new to all this

Hi there @Justjoe1993! Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
When it comes to VO2 Max, in order for you to get a score or level, you need to use the tracker for a while for it to plot your information and generate a score for you based on your activity levels. For this, make sure you’ve worn your tracker for at least one to two days. For best results, wear your tracker to sleep for a better resting heart rate estimate.
Keen an eye on your tracker after this time frame and see how it goes.
Let me know if you need more help!

Also having the same issue. Help would be appreciated. Also is anyone having a problem seeing activity for the full 30 days? Mine only seems to keep track of 2 weeks at a time.
Best AnswerI am having the same issue and I've been wearing my Fitbit for weeks. Can you please provide other troubleshooting steps?
This doesn't address the issue and no one has responded. I have a Sense that I wear 24x7 and have done so for several months. Similar to OP, when I click on the square icon on upper right hand side of the Cardio Fitness Score graph in the mobile app, it doesn't bring up details along with showing potential improvement with exercise, it just issues the message "Wear your Fitbit tracker with HR enabled and log exercises with VO2Max." Note I see a range, and haven't logged any exercises with VO2Max so that leads me to believe it's using #1 for my score.
I see it calculates cardio fitness score in 1 or 2 ways:
https://blog.fitbit.com/cardiorespiratory-fitness/
The article above says click the double arrow in the top right for a more in depth look at your score, including how much improvement you can expect with weight loss and adequate exercise. However doing so just issues the message I posted above. I suspect that in order to see the details and no longer receive that message, I would need to use multisport mode to track a 10-minute or longer run on a flat course with GPS to give me an actual V02Max score instead of just a range, and that would allow me to see the additional details.
Can someone confirm if this is the case?
Mine was working and as uber didnt work, I reinstalled the fitbit app and now I get this silly message too. It's like fitbit isnt aware of the existence of its own tech
