You can't manually set the time or date. Instead, it resets itself every time you sync to a phone or computer. The only settings we can make is the timezone in your profile settings at: https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
Has your Blaze been setup ok and is it syncing ok?

@Janney that is the way you initially setup the time on your traker
To be a little more clear, your not only setting the timezone, but your location. This will tell Fitbit if and when the DST begins and ends for you.
It basically works the same as a clock that recieves the NIST signal from WWV or WWVH.
@Dct92057 it would help to know if your clock is off by only a few minutes, this will be fixed with a sync, or off by hours.

Hello all, I hope you are doing fine!
If your trackers are showing the incorrect time, in the How do I change the time on my tracker? article you will be able to see step by step the instructions to change it. Now if the issue is because your trackers aren't syncing, I recommend following the steps provided in the Having trouble syncing? post, since keep in mind that your trackers need to be constantly syncing to be updated.
Let me know the outcome. ![]()

Best AnswerMy clock does not have the correct time on it - I am sync to my computer and have been on it with the fitbit blase with no results. Does it need to be sync to computer for a certain length of time: if so how long? Jow
Best AnswerHello @joe12stry through the app, or the web we need to check the timezone. Once this is correct, the time should be fixed with the next sync.
And is this correct. Did a sync of the tracker set the time?
If not set it to another timezone, sync, then set back to correct zone Ms sync again.
My Fitbit Time is slow by 15 minutes. How do I reset?
Best AnswerSync you tracker with the Fitbit server.
Simply open the Fitbit app and perform a sync.
