How to clear previous data from Blaze?

I bought the Fitbit Blaze from some one and well was wondering if anyone knows how to clear the data off completely shutting it off does nothing?

I would like to know if you are seeing the previous owner information directly in the Blaze or your Dashboard? Keep in mind that once you pair the tracker to your account, you shouldn't see the previous owner data.

 

Have you paired the Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend doing the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

I have the same problem.  I have paired and synched my Blaze to my Android (7.1.1) phone, and I still have data from the previous owner.  I'd like to start fresh with my own.  Thanks!
