Re: Fitbit charge battery problems

I’ve had my Fitbit Blaze for about 18 months now and have always plugged the cable, which came with the device, into a wall socket with a USB output. Until about two weeks ago my device would go 3 - 4 days before needing a re-charge. However since then it needs charging every day. The other thing I’ve noticed is whenever I take the device off to shower or whatever in the past the green light on the back goes out after a few seconds. Now it stays on all the time. Is this connected with my shortened battery charge time? Any ideas?

New to this forum. I've been using the Blaze for 6 months, charge it every 2/3 days; but now it's needing charged twice a day. I've done the reboot thing already but still disappointed. I've only ever charged it using the cable it came with via the USB port on my puter, no notifications used on the Blaze and I don't think I sync it too often with my fone; At least no more than I did when I first got it. I also live in Scotland and I wouldn't consider myself a heavy user, more casual I would say.

Until a week or so ago, I was content with it as it was (although charging every 2/3 days seemed a bit off) but then it started requiring a charge every morning. A few days ago I got the freezing temperature icon but it settled after about 30 mins, then again day before yesterday. Now it's requiring a charge twice a day. I don't have the packaging or paperwork anymore (my bad). I have sleep apnoea and this has been ideal to help me track my sleep patterns, I do use it for other activities etc. too, but I've become very accustomed to it.

Any help please??

Try contacting customer service. They worked with me when I had problems with my first fit bit. They replaced my fit bit when my situation could not be resolved.
