The first thing you want to do is charge the tracker, I assume this was done.
You say the date and time is frozen. does that mean that the Blaze will not display anything else? You might have to hold both the left and lower right buttons.
Yes @chinkell the time is expected to be off after the Blaze has been shut down, a forced sync will be needed to set the time.
Let us know what happens with a sync.
