This is a procedure that you can only follow from a computer by doing the following:
1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
3. Scroll down to the Time section and choose the time zone that best reflects your current location. You can also select 12-hour or 24-hour time display format here.
4. Sync your tracker to update your time zone.
I hope this helps, see you around. ![]()

You can choose between 12 and 24 hour clocks in your profile settings at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
Once changed and saved, the next time you sync the change will be copied across to the fitbit.

Best AnswerThis did not work for me. My time changed Monday to Military Time by itself and I can't change it back. I change time from 24 to 12 and submit (don't have a save button) and sync up. I've been trying to change from military time for 2 days
Best AnswerTry doing an add device @deblyn1928, use the replace option, the idea is to setup your tracker as a new device replacing itself.
Best Answeri’ve scrolled through every time zone twice and can’t not find the selection for 24hour military selection???
Best AnswerFollow @AlejandraFitbit instructions, through the web go to your personal settings at https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit scroll down the page to units and clock display settings, we don't want to change your location.
