How to track Weight training?

Hi, im just wondering how to track weight training, in the gym id do 3 reps at a time of a certain weight (yes im new to it!) inbetween reps id have a 30 second to 1 minute break, do i need to pause my blaze when resting? Also when moving onto different equipment to do more weights again do i need to pause the weight session? Thanks!

Welcome to the Community @Kayleighw1993! When you're doing weight training, I would recommend to not stop the activity and just see the summary at the end. Currently, we don't have a interval option for Blaze, so the best option would be to keep tracking the activity for the whole time you're doing it. 

 

If you're going to do an activity that includes many exercises, you can try using "workout" option. You can learn more about it by checking How do I track my exercise and activities with Fitbit?
