I'm so disappointed. Spent a lot of money to upgrade to a Fitbit only to find that it won't work with my phone. Is there a fix for this? I'm unable to use it with another device as I don't have one to use. What can i do?

A warm welcome to the Forums @HelenButterwort. I have heard that some people can sync their trackers with theirs phones. Maybe you can try to do this by downloading the Fitbit app but I don't guarantee it will work since as mentioned Huawei Honor 5C is not a compatible mobile device. Keep in mind that you can always sync your tracker with a computer or another device.
